ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a specialist, who will be responsible for managing brand presence in search results and ensuring a balanced, controlled SERP through content strategy, link building, and user engagement signals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage search visibility for branded queries.

- Build and manage satellite sites targeting key search terms.

- Create and distribute content addressing “review / trust / legitimacy” search intent.

- Build and manage backlink profiles across relevant platforms.

- Optimize behavioral signals (CTR, dwell time, engagement).

- Promote content on external platforms (review sites, forums, UGC environments).

- Ensure efficient indexing and steady ranking growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong experience in SERM and brand reputation management.

- Advanced link building capabilities.

- Experience working with satellite site networks.

- Deep understanding of branded SERPs and user intent.

- Knowledge of indexation processes and ranking dynamics.

- Fluent Russian language proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

LOCATION

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
