POSITION SUMMARY The ServiceNow Risk Products Owner leads the development, configuration, integration, and operational support of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management), GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and TPRM (Third‑Party Risk Management) modules. Partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, Security, IT Operations, and business stakeholders, this role delivers scalable, automated, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that advance enterprise risk management and service delivery objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on ServiceNow developer with deep platform expertise, a record of implementing risk‑centric workflows, and a passion for automation, data quality, and continuous improvement. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Collaborate with Risk and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new demand. Own the backlog and oversee the full development lifecycle for user stories—from definition to release. Guide developers on platform standards and leading coding practices to ensure quality and maintainability. Stay current on ServiceNow release features ; assess impact and review enablement plans with stakeholders. Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in alignment with enterprise SLAs , driving root‑cause fixes and continuous improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of relevant experience demonstrating the following: Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for ServiceNow IRM and/or TPRM, owning vision, roadmap, and backlog end‑to‑end for a mission‑critical domain.
