Position Summary This role is accountable for end-to-end ownership and governance of new business financial proformas for Medicaid, including new markets, expansions, and re-procurements. The Sr Analyst serves as the single finance owner for new business modeling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Finance, Actuarial, Shared Services, and Health Plan leadership. The role partners closely with implementation, actuarial, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and executive approvals. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage all new business financial proformas, including revenue, medical margin, SG&A, FTE ramp, and startup cost assumptions across multi-year horizons • Partner with Actuarial, Health Plan, Shared Services, and Corporate Finance to align assumptions, inputs, and methodologies for new business opportunities • Lead financial modeling for RFPs, market expansions, re-procurements, and new product offerings, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards • Maintain governance, documentation, and version control for all proformas and supporting assumptions • Translate complex financial results into clear executive-ready summaries, risks, and recommendations • Support leadership review, approval, and audit readiness for new business financials • Identify opportunities to improve modeling efficiency, standardization, and scalability across new business processes • Act as Finance point of contact for new business staffing models and cost structure discussions Required Qualifications • Advanced E...
