Brief Overview: Manages day-to-day execution of predefined and ad hoc engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Serves as primary contact for delivery coordination and ensures high-quality, on-time execution aligned with product standards. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Manages engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications Translates product specifications into client-ready outputs and presentations. Coordinates cross-functional contributors across analytics, product, and operation Tracks engagement performance metrics and proactively mitigates risks Ensures adherence to defined scope and delivery standards Identifies process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency Supports revenue growth through identification of additional client needs Provides guidance to Business Analysts to ensure analytical rigor and quality control Education Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) Prior Relevant Work Experience 6-8 years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership Experience managing external client relationships required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
