About the Role: As the Sr. Registration Specialist, Fal.Con, you’ll help manage the registration and attendee management systems that power the industry’s fastest-growing conference, ensuring that every touchpoint from first click to onsite check-in is seamless and intuitive. Your work sets the tone for the entire experience, and you’ll bring a modern approach to scaling efficiency, accuracy, and impact. What You’ll Do: Manage registration systems, workflows, automations, and integrations for all Fal.Con events – ensuring zero-fail execution. Collaborate with agencies, event tech vendors, and internal teams to deliver flawless registration and data flow, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes, sync between platforms (CRM, automation, event tech) and surface insights. Track, analyze, and report on registration metrics and attendance trends, using data and AI-driven analytics to inform strategy and improve ROI.
