JOB SUMMARY

At Socure, we are building mission-critical systems that power the future of digital trust. As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will be a key technical leader driving the design, scalability, and reliability of our backend platforms. With over a decade of engineering experience, including deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, you will influence product strategy, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with complex backend challenges.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in high-growth, product-driven environments, has a passion for distributed systems, and wants to make a direct impact on how Socure delivers secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Architect and Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems leveraging AWS cloud-native services.

- Develop and Deploy high-quality, production-grade Golang code that is efficient, secure, and maintainable.

- Lead Technical Initiatives across teams, providing mentorship, driving code reviews, and elevating engineering best practices.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions at scale.
