Staff Technical Project Manager

Job Description Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects supporting ERP platforms and regional localization solutions across Brazil and Latin America. Partners closely with ERP, Tax, Finance, and Technology teams to define requirements, implement and enhance systems that support regulatory, tax, invoicing, and foreign trade requirements. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role also acts as Application Owner for selected localization bolt-on applications, overseeing software and AMS vendors to ensure application stability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to IT governance standards and service KPIs. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple ERP localization projects and enhancements supporting tax, invoicing, and foreign trade processes across Brazil and Latin America. Monitor project progress and manage risks, scope changes, dependencies, and non-standard events while ensuring alignment with budget, milestones, and delivery objectives. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates and executive reporting to leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. Define, implement, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance practices, driving continuous improvement and simplification where needed. Build and coordinate project teams of internal and external technical and functional experts aligned with scope, budget, and timeline.
