About the Role: We are seeking an organized and proactive Team Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to up to six leaders within the Sales and Go-to-Market organization. This role involves handling multiple tasks with agility, responding quickly to team needs, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys taking initiative in handling a variety of reactive tasks to support revenue-generating activities. What You'll Do: Calendar Coordination: Manage and respond to ad-hoc scheduling requests from VPs, updating calendars in real-time, and resolving conflicts quickly by coordinating with other administrative staff, customers, partners, and prospects. Travel Arrangements: Assist in researching flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for customer meetings, sales conferences, and field events.
