Position Overview
Our platform is expanding beyond a single product into a portfolio of new AI-powered product experiences. This is an early-stage, high-visibility program with multiple workstreams in flight.We're looking for an EPM to be the operating backbone of this program. You'll report into our Product Engineering function. This is not a delivery coordination role; it's a program architecture role. You'll build the structure, rhythms, and visibility mechanisms that let multiple product teams and their cross-functional partners execute with clarity.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Own end-to-end release coordination for North, including managing release trains, defining cadences, and ensuring smooth execution across engineering and product teams
- Drive cherry pick and hotfix approval workflows, triaging urgency, aligning stakeholders, and shepherding changes through to deployment with appropriate guardrails
- Author and manage customer-facing release communications, translating technical changes into clear, accurate updates for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
