ABOUT THE ROLE
Cogent is scaling fast and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter who can own the full recruiting lifecycle. You'll work directly with our founders to bring on exceptional engineering, security, and AI talent as we build out a world-class team.
This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in high-ownership environments, love finding and closing exceptional talent, and want to see the tangible impact of the teams they build.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner directly with founders and team leads to define hiring needs and close roles fast
- Think creatively about how to source, engage, and convert top talent
- Create steady, high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and proactive talent mapping
