Role Overview The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating GE Vernova Wind training operations. This role exists to ensure that all trainings are coordinated, tracked and managed for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the right people attend the right training at the right time with full compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Your Impact Coordinate trainer schedules, availability, and capacity—managing vacation, sickness, and overtime—to ensure uninterrupted delivery of training programmes. Support wind‑specific training needs for GE Vernova and third‑party technicians by aligning demand with trainer capability and course availability. Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date training calendar and ensure all stakeholders know what training is happening, when, and for whom.
