Job Description
Reporting to the Training Operations Director, you will create impact within our Training team, a specialist function delivering courses and educational services across more than 250 digital marketing topics, including social media, search, cloud and AI. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of over 2,000 training sessions held annually worldwide, and help provide an excellent experience for both clients and and trainers.
Please note that this will start as a full-time temporary contract for six months, averaging 37.5 hours per week, with working hours from 11:00 to 19:30 (South Africa time).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions, ensuring the rooms are booked, and managing communications.
- Maintain accurate course listings on the website https://www.jellyfish.com/en-gb/training/, carrying out regular checks to spot potential issues, and monitor attendees and delegates who need to switch or cancel bookings to ensure dates, links and codes remain correct.
- Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers delivering on-site training internationally.
