Role Overview Kyndryl is seeking a Global Transfer Pricing Director to join its global Tax organization with a focus on Controversy, Planning & Special Projects. This role will report directly to the Global VP of Tax - Transfer Pricing, and will be managing complex transfer pricing matters across controversy, planning, and strategic initiatives from Kyndryl’s headquarters. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, executing global projects to completion, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving results in a dynamic, multinational environment. The candidate will be supported by two team members and will work closely with the TP Operations lead. The role requires high caliber leadership of team members leading to high impact execution (timeliness and quality), and effective interaction with the Business, Finance, Countries, Treasury, Accounting and broader tax teams and leadership to ensure goals attainment.
