User Acquisition Manager w7g — Genesis ecosystem company focused on creating digital wellbeing products. Our mission is to make self-care simple and engaging. Who we are: We are a team of up to 40 professionals specializing in mobile app and game development. We work fully remotely. Our products have already been downloaded more than 26 million times. Our products: FABU — a gamified mental wellbeing app that helps users track their mood, better understand their emotional state, and improve it through simple daily practices and creative activities. The app is localized in Ukrainian and is free for Ukrainian users. SUITSME — a game that allows users to express their creativity and boost their mood by creating stylish outfits for virtual models and participating in fashion challenges. Our achievements: Represented the Ukrainian IT sector at Web Summit and Mobile World Congress Barcelona. Became finalists of Startup World Cup Ukraine. Nominated for the Mobile Game Awards 2024 in the Best Indie Developer category. We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager with a focus on Google. You are going to: Owning UA performance across paid channels (Google as a core; Meta & Applovin as a plus) Managing and scaling significant budgets ($200K+ / month) with discipline and clarity Driving continuous experimentation across creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and funnels Identifying high-leverage opportunities across the entire funnel - from click to retention Partnering closely with product and creative to improve conversion and long-term value Building systems - repeatable, scalable approaches to testing and growth You have: 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile or web products with a focus on Google. Proven success in owning performance end-to-end - from setup to scaling Understanding the deeper mechanics behind performance (not just surface-level optimization) Working from first principles, using data to make confident decisions Is fluent in English (B2+) and comfortable working in an international environment AI-driven approach Would be a plus: Meta and Applovin experience Experience growing subscription-based products (web and app) Understanding tracking systems like Pixel and CAPI, and how events flow into your analytics stack.
