ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a UX Researcher who will own the research function across our product portfolio. In this role, you will uncover the behavioral patterns, motivations, and friction points that shape how users interact with our funnels, onboarding flows, and core product experiences. Your insights will directly inform CRO hypotheses, product decisions, and design direction.
This is not a support role. You will be a strategic contributor β someone who proactively identifies research opportunities, drives studies end-to-end, and translates findings into clear, actionable direction for product, growth, and design teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run end-to-end research studies, from scoping and methodology selection to analysis and synthesis. Define the right method for each question, and push back when a study isn't needed.
- Conduct qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, diary studies) and quantitative research (surveys, card sorting, behavioral data analysis), using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, and PostHog to round out findings.
- Investigate user behavior across acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, and subscription experiences β identifying friction, drop-off reasons, and unmet needs that impact conversion and retention.
