ROLE OVERVIEW

The Magento Web Designer will be responsible for the ongoing management, optimization, and visual improvement of the company’s Magento (Adobe Commerce) website. This is a hands-on role focused on continuous updates, UX/UI enhancements, and maintaining a high-performing e-commerce experience that supports conversion and usability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management & Updates

- Manage and update the Magento website on a daily basis

- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visual content

- Ensure site content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs

UX/UI & Design Improvements

- Improve website layout, navigation flow, and overall user experience

- Optimize product pages and landing pages to increase conversion rates

- Identify and implement design enhancements that improve usability and performance

Design Execution

- Create and edit visual assets such as banners and product visuals

- Maintain consistency by working within existing brand guidelines

- Collaborate with internal teams to execute design ideas

Collaboration with Development Team

- Work alongside developers on technical implementations

- Execute light front-end changes independently when possible

- Leverage tools, including AI-assisted tools, to improve efficiency
