Your work will ensure our sellers have the knowledge advantage they need to confidently engage customers and win. As a Win Coach Content & Enablement Coordinator, you will bring structure, creativity, and governance excellence to the Kyndryl Win Coach (Highspot) platform. You will: Support GTM enablement programs, sales plays, solution launches, and field readiness through the Highspot (Win Coach) platform. Translate GTM strategies and motions into structured, intuitive, seller‑ready content experiences. Manage the full content lifecycle, including sourcing, organizing, publishing, tagging, auditing, and archiving. Ensure all content is accurate, current, high‑quality, and aligned with governance and business priorities. Execute and maintain the strategic content curation plan to support GTM outcomes. Collaborate with sales enablement leaders, marketers, solution experts, and cross‑functional teams to identify content needs and deliver timely assets.
