OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Social Media & Content Assistant to support the growth of a storytelling-driven personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This is a hands-on role focused on content execution, platform support, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to help bring content ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CONTENT CREATION & EXECUTION

- Assist in creating monthly plans for reels, stories, and carousels

- Draft captions, hooks, and basic scripting outlines

- Repurpose existing long-form content into short-form formats

- Light video editing (cutting clips, adding captions, formatting for platforms)

- Organize and batch content for scheduled posting

- Prepare content for approval and publishing

- Organize media files and content assets (iCloud, shared folders, etc.)

2. SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

- Schedule and publish content across platforms

- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs

- Engage with followers to support community growth

- Set up and manage basic ManyChat automations

3. FOUNDER & WORKFLOW SUPPORT

- Coordinate filming schedules and reminders

- Assist with content planning logistics (locations, collaborators, timelines)

- Support outreach for collaborations when needed

- Help maintain a structured content calendar

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of experience in social media support or content creation

- Experience creating reels, carousels, and short-form content

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a support-focused role
