Job Description Our Medical Affairs team advances patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry professionals ensuring the scientific value of our products is realized. We engage and train internal employees to ensure that they thoroughly comprehend the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to bolster collaboration and further differentiate our portfolio. We are seeking a Growth and Improvement minded Regional Health Systems Medical Affairs Director that can help drive our Strategic Operating Priorities. This person will be responsible for a specific regional area (TN, MS, LA). Location: This is a REMOTE position, but the person must reside in the indicated territory (TN, MS, or LA). Up to 50% travel required with some overnight. The Regional Health Systems Medical Affairs Director (RHS MAD) is a therapeutic, disease, population health and health systems expert who develops on-going professional relationships with healthcare decision makers within a regional territory across key payer and provider organizations (e.g., health plans, PBMs, IDS, Medicaid, employers and employer coalitions), who provides accurate information across the full company product portfolio, clinical science, and quality management in a balanced and credible manner consistent with the regulatory environment and our company's ethical standards. Through a deep understanding of the accounts’ population health strategies, serves as the medical account manager, collaborating and coordinating with other Medical Affairs colleagues and select commercial roles, to bring relevant health care solutions to these accounts.
