About the Role: The Senior Compensation partner will play an instrumental role in managing rewards programs that reinforces CrowdStrike’s business strategy, drives performance and puts us in the forefront of attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. As part of your portfolio, you will be the compensation partner for all countries based out of the APJ region. Reporting to the Senior Compensation Manager, you will join a high-performing compensation team that is not only recognized for their subject matter expertise but also for being trusted partners to the business and within HR.
