The Role Your responsibilities include: Supporting and maintaining BASE24‑eps in production and test/acceptance environments Investigating and resolving incidents and problems using ITIL/ServiceNow Performing deployments, configuration updates, and controlled changes Collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders Acting as a technical contact point for internal and external parties Contributing to testing, automation, and tooling improvements Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (approx. one week every four weeks) ​ Why Kyndryl?
