CVS Health seeks an innovative and experienced Multimedia developer specializing in video development with experience in using generative AI tools. This role is essential in creating engaging, high-impact video content and learning solutions that empower CVS Health colleagues to deliver superior customer service and healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the production of professional-quality video content, utilizing advanced video production and editing tools including ClipChamp, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Create compelling graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with CVS Health branding guidelines. Leverage AI tools for enhanced content development, including prompt engineering, and generation of multimedia content using AI software. Design and develop innovative, interactive instructional content across multiple formats (microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, etc.). Required Qualifications: 5 years+ relevant experience in multimedia content production (video and/or graphic design). Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Express or similar tools. Proven experience with AI-driven tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted content creation, especially in video/image generation.
