Their products are sold across Shopify, Amazon, and major social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on digital growth and content-led marketing.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Performance Marketing Manager will fully own the brandโs digital marketing function end-to-end, balancing performance marketing and content management to drive growth across paid and organic channels while optimizing spend for strong return on ad spend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GROWTH STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE OWNERSHIP
- Lead data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels including Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Own full-funnel performance from top-of-funnel acquisition through conversion, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across platforms to ensure strong ROAS and efficient budget allocation.
- Present regular performance insights and recommendations to leadership, highlighting trends and growth opportunities.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- Plan and execute campaigns including product launches, promotions, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Leverage existing assets and AI tools to improve efficiency, messaging quality, and campaign output.
- Optimize campaigns using performance data, trend analysis, and industry benchmarks.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Monitor and report on marketing performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
