The Team:
- Sales team today is 9 team members (1:1 AE:BDR) reporting to our Director of Sales and growing fast
- All reps are remote and support each other throughout the day when necessary
- Our current tech stack is Hubspot, Dialpad, Zoom, G-suite , and we’re AI-forward as long as it benefits our customers’ experience with Skimmer

ROLE SPECIFICS:
SALES EXECUTION
- 100% of your leads are inbound–either through marketing channels (demo request, cart abandon, etc) or sourced and booked by a BDR
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal, with average deal sizes ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 annually
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Skimmer's features solve specific pain points for pool service businesses
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with pool service company owners and decision-makers
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-cycle (qualifying to closing) B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and sales enablement tools
