The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Account Executives and expanding Heidi’s presence across healthcare organisations. This is a high-impact role where quality matters more than volume, and where thoughtful research, strong messaging, and tight collaboration drive success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and execute outbound strategies for target accounts
- Research and map healthcare organisations, identifying key stakeholders, buying committees, and decision-makers
- Generate high-quality, well-qualified meetings through personalised outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Support account-based motions, tailoring messaging to the specific challenges and priorities of health systems
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene in our CRM
- Learn and clearly articulate Heidi’s value proposition to senior clinical, operational, and executive leaders
- Provide feedback from the market to help refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) activity and pipeline targets that support long-cycle, high-value deals
