Key Responsibilities: Audit and maintain landlord insurance records, ensuring all applicable properties are covered Manage and track smoke alarm servicing, including cross-checking properties and following up with owners Review and verify bond lodgements and ensure all bond numbers are accurately recorded in the system Monitor routine inspections across property portfolios and identify any missed or overdue inspections Maintain accurate records within PropertyMe and ensure data integrity Requirements: Proven experience in Real Estate Administration Hands-on experience using PropertyMe Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup Preferred Skills: Experience handling property compliance and audits Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Security Requirements: Willingness to install company-provided security software (e.g., antivirus such as CrowdStrike) on work device Adherence to company data security and confidentiality policies Security Requirements: Willingness to install company-provided security software (e.g., antivirus such as CrowdStrike) on work device Adherence to company data security and confidentiality policies About Us Outsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
