Content Development Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking a creative content professional who can strengthen brand presence through engaging visual storytelling across digital channels. This role supports marketing initiatives by transforming raw content into polished assets that reflect brand identity and connect effectively with target audiences.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Content Development Specialist will create and develop engaging multimedia content that captures the brand’s voice across social platforms and marketing channels. This role combines video editing, creative asset production, and social content execution, with a strong focus on storytelling and visual consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VIDEO CONTENT CREATION & EDITING

- Transform raw video footage into engaging reels and short-form content for social media platforms.

- Develop video content aligned with brand messaging and audience expectations.

- Edit videos to ensure quality, tone, pacing, and engagement meet brand standards.

DESIGN & CREATIVE PRODUCTION

- Design flyers and additional marketing materials to support promotional initiatives.

- Produce visual assets that align with brand identity and campaign goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create creative materials for broader marketing needs.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POSTING

- Publish and schedule content across social media platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement.

- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice through strong visual and narrative execution.

- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant creative approaches into content output.
