Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support paid acquisition efforts for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on consumer products. This role is centered on managing and optimizing paid campaigns across major digital channels while ensuring paid traffic converts effectively into revenue through strong analytics, conversion strategy, and close collaboration with internal teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Paid Media Specialist will execute, manage, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across key digital platforms, primarily Meta and Google. This role requires strong hands-on experience with campaign performance analysis, conversion optimization, and Shopify-based e-commerce environments to improve return on ad spend and support customer acquisition goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PAID MEDIA CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & OPTIMIZATION

- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.

- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.

- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance targets and business goals.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.

- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
