About the Role: As a key member of the Central European Field Sales Leadership team and as a Regional Sales Director for the Alpine region, you will be accountable for providing leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within the Alpine region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment. What You’ll Do: Participating in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis. Communicating corporate strategy to employees within the Alpine region. Planning and directing activities including sales pipeline generation, forecasting, customer relationship development and satisfaction. Establishing short-term and long-term goals, metrics and quotas in line with corporate and regional objectives. Identify and enable needed resources for supporting the Alpine sales strategy. Identify and qualify important sales opportunities within the Alpine region at the management level. Act as coach, mentor and educator to all Regional Sales Managers within the Alpine region.
