Required Technical and Professional Experience Service Now Module: ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, Portal. Core Services: Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Level, CMDB / CSDM, AI Ops and Now Assist. Roles and responsibilities Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM, with minimum bugs and rework Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform. Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve. Documenting code and application functionality. Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
