The Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will play a key role in improving how software is delivered: faster, safer, and at scale—while enabling development teams to focus on what matters most. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. This role combines technical leadership, hands‑on work, and mentorship in an environment that values learning, ownership, and inclusive teamwork. What you’ll do Design, define, and evolve the end‑to‑end software delivery lifecycle, selecting and integrating key technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) . Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD platforms with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance . Drive automation of operational tasks to reduce friction for development and operations teams. Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to their technical and professional growth. Support the design and operation of cloud‑native environments using containers and, where applicable, serverless technologies.
