As they continue to scale, they are investing in high-impact design to optimize user experience and drive measurable results across their digital ecosystem.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The UI/UX Designer will own the design of the company’s entire digital presence, focusing on creating premium, high-converting experiences across landing pages, product pages, email templates, and launch assets. This is a full-time, ongoing role centered on performance-driven design, mobile-first execution, and continuous optimization for paid traffic environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LANDING PAGE & PRODUCT PAGE DESIGN
- Design and continuously improve product pages to increase conversion, strengthen trust, and enhance the user journey
- Create high-converting landing pages for paid traffic channels such as Meta and Google, with strong attention to CTA placement, hierarchy, trust signals, and mobile behavior
- Design launch pages and supporting assets for new product releases
EMAIL & RETENTION DESIGN
- Design conversion-focused email templates for promotional campaigns, transactional emails, and abandoned cart flows
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a premium, dark, masculine visual identity
OPTIMIZATION & ITERATION
- Create A/B testing variations to improve performance across layouts, modules, and UX approaches
