Amplify is seeking a Professional Services Product Owner to drive the vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of our internal Professional Services scheduling systems and customer-facing Learning Management System. This role partners closely with Business Systems Product Owners and collaborates with Engineering, QA, Professional Development, Tutoring, and Operations teams to represent the voice of the user. The Product Owner is responsible for defining, documenting, and clearly articulating requirements to delivery teams. Essential Responsibilities : Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that expand customer self-service capabilities and implement intelligent automations that drive efficiency gains in scheduling at scale Lead the strategic implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive Learning Management System to deliver scalable, dynamic adult learning experiences Monitor, identify, and resolve production issues within 360 Learning, Salesforce Field Service, and other integrated Professional Services applications Understand company strategy and ensure our technology stack aligns with current and long-term goals Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements, data structure changes, and system enhance...
