The Inventory and Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all inventory-related processes across third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal systems. This role serves as a liaison between Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring that inventory records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Beyond financial reconciliation, the Analyst proactively monitors inventory, coordinates logistics data integration, and identifies opportunities to optimize stock levels and supply chain efficiency. Essential Responsibilities : Enhance oversight of inventory management activities across multiple 3PL warehouses. Proactively identify and resolve systematic synchronization errors between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and NetSuite to ensure a single source of truth for all inventory transactions and stock levels. Monitor controls to ensure accurate recording of receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments. Coordinate and observe physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including variance investigation and resolution.
