ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies that grow brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive measurable business impact. You’ll lead content creation and produce high-performing graphic and video assets that support organic social campaigns.

As the go-to expert on social media management, you will manage content across all organic platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who can take an idea from concept to finished product—whether it’s a quick-turn short-form video or a multi-post educational series. All content you create must be deeply customer-centric, speaking directly to the needs, challenges, and goals of nonprofit professionals who are our end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & EXECUTION

- Full ownership of our social media strategy, from ideation to execution, reporting, and optimization.

- Own content creation and curation for LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms focused on customer-centric content that addresses the real-world challenges nonprofit professionals face, focusing on their needs rather than our products.
