Job Description:
As a founding member, you will bridge the gap between our Agentic AI platform and major financial institutions. You will build production-grade integrations, data pipelines, and "glue code" directly at client sites like Metro Bank. This role combines deep Python engineering with strategic customer interaction to automate complex banking workflows and drive enterprise-wide productivity.

What you will do:

- Act as the critical feedback loop between the field and core engineering, identifying performance bottlenecks and defining new platform features.

The ideal candidate:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Forward Deployed or Full-Stack Engineering roles, with expert-level proficiency in Python.
