Job Description:
As Data Engineering Lead, you will own the technical direction of a platform centralizing data for the $141 trillion debt capital market. You'll lead the evolution of ingestion, orchestration, and customer-facing APIs, transforming data into a reliable product capability for top tier investment banks and asset managers globally.

What you will do:
- Own the production data platform architecture across AWS and GCP, ensuring operational reliability and industrializing customer-facing data feeds.
- Define the data engineering operating model, setting standards for ingestion, CI/CD guardrails, and schema contracts to accelerate product delivery.
- Act as a hands-on player-coach, spending 75% of your time building and 25% mentoring talent to reduce key-person dependency.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience building and scaling production-grade data platforms using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
