ROLE OVERVIEW
The Outbound Growth Lead will be responsible for building and owning the company’s outbound engine from the ground up, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline. This is a highly autonomous, pipeline-first role where success is measured by outcomes, including meetings booked, conversion rates, and scalable outbound performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound & Pipeline Generation
- Build and own the outbound motion end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimization
- Identify target personas and segments across multiple verticals
- Execute multi-channel outbound efforts, including email, LinkedIn, events, and list reactivation
- Generate qualified pipeline and book meetings for the founder/closer
Systems & Workflow Development
- Build and manage outbound infrastructure using tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, and enrichment platforms
- Implement automation and AI into workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Continuously refine targeting, sequencing, and messaging systems
Messaging & Qualification
- Write high-converting outbound copy that drives replies and engagement
- Conduct early-stage qualification calls to assess fit and gather insights
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the founder for closing
