About the role
We're hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team at Tremendous. In this role, you'll own the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination). You'll learn every aspect of the recruiting lifecycle while building our talent pipeline.
We're committed to getting the right people, not just filling seats. You'll develop instincts for what makes people successful here, build understanding of our market and talent landscape, and learn to consistently identify candidates with high potential.
You will
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
- Quickly develop understanding of the talent landscape and source high-caliber candidates
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interviews
- Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles
- Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy
You have
- Startup operating experience (3+ years) - people or business operations backgrounds preferred
