Seeking a highly capable IT Manager – Release Management to lead the coordination and governance of enterprise technology releases across a large, highly distributed organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that software and infrastructure releases are delivered efficiently, safely, and with full transparency across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams under varied delivery models. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, can rapidly build situational awareness, and possesses the leadership presence to coordinate across teams at every level of the organization — from executive leadership to operational and technical teams. This role will play a critical part in strengthening the organization’s Release Management maturity, operational discipline, and enterprise visibility while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, predictability, and risk transparency through automation, analytics, and process optimization. This role is also expected to demonstrate a strong desire to continuously learn and evolve, with a focus on emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and intelligent release orchestration. The ideal candidate is curious, forward-thinking, and motivated to explore how AI-driven insights and agent-based solutions can enhance Release Management efficiency, predictability, and decision-making.
