Job Description:
Join Attio as an Engineering Lead, a high-impact role that is 80% hands-on coding and 20% technical leadership. You will lead a small, focused team of 4-6 engineers while building a customizable, AI-driven CRM from the ground up. This is a critical hire focused on shipping high-quality code and scaling our technical architecture.

What you will do:

- Design and evolve a technical architecture that handles 250K+ events per minute using TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.

- Recruit and mentor a top-class engineering team to own and scale a critical area of the Attio product.

- Drive end-to-end feature delivery across the stack, making critical product decisions based on customer interactions.

The ideal candidate:

- Deep technical expertise in backend engineering with Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java in a production environment.
