Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end production pipeline for the world’s largest protein foundation models. You will oversee pretraining, post-training, and inference for Odyssey, a 102B parameter biological model. This hands-on leadership role bridges frontier AI research and wet-lab validation to create novel therapeutics and molecular machines that do not exist in nature.

What you will do:

- Own the production model pipeline including large-scale pretraining, post-training, and inference optimization for flagship protein models.

- Lead and scale the Technical Staff team while collaborating directly with the co-founders on architectural decisions and research direction.

- Interface between fundamental AI research and the wet-lab platform team to validate generative designs through massively parallelized experiments.
