Job Description:
Chip is going all-in on AI to revolutionize wealth management for 400,000+ users. As AI Product Manager, you will lead the development of customer-facing agents and internal automation tools. Reporting to the CPO, you will drive technical architecture, model evaluation, and deployment, turning agentic AI concepts into high-impact production features.

What you will do:

- Lead AI features from discovery through production, defining critical success metrics for accuracy, hallucination thresholds, and compliance.

- Partner with engineering on technical architecture decisions, including RAG implementations, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and monitoring frameworks.

- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to establish governance and guardrails for deploying AI systems within a regulated financial environment.
