The Role At Kyndryl, we are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” Collaboration specialists are hands-on roles where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients. We are looking for a senior, hands-on platform owner responsible for enterprise-scale administration, governance, security, and adoption of MIRO and BOX collaboration platforms. As a Collabaration specialist, you will be a hands-on platform owner, responsible for enterprise-scale administration, governance, security, and adoption of MIRO and BOX collaboration platforms. You will lead end-to-end BOX administration including tenant configuration, SSO/SCIM integration, RBAC, external sharing, content lifecycle, retention, legal hold, audit logging, eDiscovery readiness, and Box Shield risk protection. You will own MIRO enterprise governance covering org settings, licensing, team/workspace architecture, guest access, data governance, retention, audit logs, and export controls.
