The Role We are looking for a AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and large language model (LLM) applications that solve real enterprise problems at scale. In this role, you will work at the intersection of advanced AI research and practical engineering, taking systems from early experimentation through to reliable, secure, and observable production deployments. You will play a key role in shaping our agentic AI architecture, setting technical standards, and mentoring engineers as we build intelligent systems with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool‑use capabilities. What You’ll Do - Design and build production-ready AI agents with advanced planning, reasoning, and autonomous tool‑use capabilities to support complex business workflows. - Architect stateful, multi-step agent workflows using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen, ensuring scalability, reliability, and clarity of execution. - Build and productionize RAG pipelines, including: Robust data ingestion pipelines Embedding and indexing strategies Advanced retrieval techniques Ranking and re‑ranking for high‑quality responses - Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems by leveraging APIs, tools, and external data sources, enabling agents to interact safely and effectively with real-world systems. - Continuously optimize RAG and agent performance, improving relevance, latency, cost efficiency, and overall system quality. - Establish str...
