The Role Key Responsibilities 1) Incident and Request Management (AMS) Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents related to SAP CAR , ensuring operational stability of retail processes. Handle incidents and service requests involving POSDTA , TLOG loading and reprocessing , sales, inventory, and data reconciliation processes. Validate correct data processing and integration between SAP CAR , SAP ECC/S/4HANA , and external POS or retail systems , identifying deviations and executing corrective actions. Manage tickets according to priority, business impact, SLA , and operational compliance within the AMS service model. 2) Functional Analysis and Process Validation Review functional configurations and parameters in SAP CAR , ensuring alignment with retail business processes and data models. Evaluate data integrity, consistency, and behavior across CAR processes, validating functional logic, business rules, and processing sequences. Ensure correct end‑to‑end execution of retail processes supported by SAP CAR (sales, inventory, movements, POS). Document analyses, findings, root causes, implemented solutions, and preventive recommendations. 3) Technical Coordination within the SAP Ecosystem Collaborate with ABAP , SAP functional teams, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve incidents with cross‑module dependencies.
