If so, we have the perfect role for you. We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of our enterprise virtual assistant. This role will focus on the Moveworks platform as a core capability, integrating it with enterprise systems such as Workday, Concur, ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies to automate support workflows and improving employee experience, helping mature operational practices and expand AI-driven capabilities such as recommendations, translation, and transcription. The architect will continuously evaluate SaaS product roadmaps, adopting new platform features and AI innovations to maximize value and scalability across the environment. As a Solution Architect, you will translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures, guiding implementation strategies and ensuring seamless integration across identity platforms, collaboration tools, and service management systems.
