We are seeking an AI Engineer to help lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation and agentic AI solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision‑making, and unlock measurable business outcomes for both Kyndryl and our customers. Role Overview The Associate Director of Facilities Management – U.S. is a senior leadership role within Kyndryl’s Real Estate & Data Center (RDC) organization. This role is accountable for the consistent, safe, and compliant delivery of facilities management, real estate operations, construction, and related services across a defined U.S. geographic territory. As the Territory Lead, this position serves as the primary RDC customer relationship owner for the territory and is responsible for operational execution, governance, financial oversight, and performance management. The role ensures alignment with global and regional standards while coaching Site Leads and service partners to take full ownership of site operations, asset governance, and operating budgets.
