What you’ll be doing

As an Associate Legal Counsel (Transactional), you’ll play a key role in the negotiation and drafting of key agreements, ensuring our business operations are scalable, effective, and legally sound. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. Your role involves providing strategic legal advice on high-stakes transactions, fostering commercial innovation while balancing risk management. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Welfare Business Support – Drafting and negotiating complex agreements with employers for the supply of Satispay’s welfare services, including meal vouchers (buoni pasto),purchase vouchers (buoni acquisto) and flexible benefits.

- Strategic Partnerships – Managing the end-to-end legal lifecycle of partnerships with strategic players in the payment services industry.

- Public & Private Tenders – Providing legal support for the participation in public and private procurement processes (gare d'appalto), ensuring all legal requirements and documentation are met.

- Marketing & Advertising – Advising on and drafting contracts for marketing campaigns, advertising services, co-branding initiatives as well as with creative agencies providing such services.
