The Role Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the AWS Business Unit within Kyndryl Consulting UK, with full accountability for $150M+ annual revenue through the AWS alliance. Originate and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across our key industry sectors: Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), Retail, Public Sector, Marketing, Telco, Transport & Utilities. Work closely with our Cloud Practice Leader to build and scale a dedicated practice of AWS practitioners, architects, engineers, and testing professionals capable of delivering end-to-end AWS transformations. Develop a differentiated GTM strategy with AWS UK, focused on data modernisation, AI/ML, multi-cloud enablement, and industry-aligned solutioning. Forge and deepen relationships with AWS alliance and field sales teams to ensure tight collaboration on pursuits and solution development. Be responsible for upskilling the AWS workforce – enabling and tracking professional certifications, and supporting career pathways across architecture, engineering, and delivery roles. Partner with internal teams and AWS to launch joint solutions and co-innovation efforts tailored to client needs. Represent Kyndryl in the AWS partner ecosystem and at cloud industry events as a visible advocate for our AWS capabilities.
